I’ve been coming to Otto Prosthetic Centre, now known as Orthokai, occasionally to buy and adjust the KAFO for my kid, and the experience has always been very good. The staff are friendly, professional, and always provide excellent customer service and support. They are patient in explaining everything and make sure the fitting and adjustments are done properly for my child’s comfort. Really appreciate their dedication and care. Highly recommended for parents looking for reliable orthotic support for their children.

My son received helmet therapy here from 6 to 12 months old, and the improvement in his head shape was amazing. There are very few clinics in Malaysia that offer baby helmet treatment, but this place exceeded all our expectations. The doctor and staff were incredibly kind and patient, always playing with my son and comforting him with toys, which made every visit much easier. Seeing his head shape improve little by little at each visit made me so happy. They were also very responsive on WhatsApp and always took the time to answer my questions, which meant so much to me as a parent. When the treatment was finished, they even celebrated his helmet graduation - such a warm and thoughtful gesture. We are truly grateful for everything you did for our son. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Excellent service provided by CPO Miss Ain. She was very patient and professional while adjusting the insoles for my child with flat feet. The environment is also very welcoming and nicely set up. If you are looking for medical-grade insoles for children with flat feet, this company is highly recommended.
