Breastcare Journey
1. PRE OP (BEFORE SURGERY)

Consult a surgeon and decide on the type of surgery to proceed with (mastectomy, reconstruction, reduction, etc.)

After the consultation, visit Inliven to purchase a post-op compression bra to be used for 6–8 weeks after surgery. We recommend 2–3 pieces for hygiene and easier washing.

Bring the post-op compression bra on the day of surgery to wear after the procedure (as advised by your medical team).
2. POST OP (6-8 WEEKS POST SURGERY)
A) If the customer visits Inliven within the 6–8 weeks after surgery

Continue wearing the post-op compression bra until the end of the 6–8 weeks.

If you have not purchased one yet, you can get a post-op compression bra from Inliven and wear it through the remaining recovery period.
B) If the customer visits Inliven after the 6–8 weeks after surgery

Our specialist will show you suitable options such as definitive breast prostheses and daily-wear non-wired bras for comfort and balance.

You may choose to purchase and start wearing a definitive prosthesis. Warranty for each prosthesis is 1 year.

Definitive prostheses can be custom-made using 3D scanning (Radiant Impression) or selected off-the-shelf.
3. PROSTHESIS REPLACEMENT

Customers may return to Inliven to purchase the same size and shape of prosthesis and bra.

We also recommend considering a custom-made prosthesis for a better match, especially if you have asymmetry, changes in shape, or skin sensitivity.

Post-Surgery Bra
Mirabelle Post-Op Compression Bra is a soft, front-opening post-surgery bra designed to support comfort and stability during breast surgery recovery (for example after mastectomy or reconstruction). Gentle, built-in compression helps provide a secure fit, supports swelling control, and can reduce that “pulling” feeling when moving. The front closure makes it easier to put on and remove when arm movement is limited, while the seamless fabric is kinder on sensitive skin. It also includes pockets for inserts, so you can wear it with added balance when needed.
